There's a new Gracie in the Middle school Wrestling circuit! I am proud of my warrior princess for stepping up to learn and compete in the world’s oldest sport. 🤼♀️
With only seven practices before the competition, she showed she’ll be a force to be reckoned with! I’m excited about all the benefits this incredible combat sport will bring her, including improved mental toughness, durability, athleticism, and grit.
Her imminent improvement in Jiu-Jitsu will be nice to see as well.🥋
If your child has the chance to wrestle, don’t think twice. Enroll them. It’ll be a great supplement to their Jiu-Jitsu training and character. 💪🏼
