Why train first thing in the morning?
Starting your day with Jiu-Jitsu training boosts mental clarity and cognitive function. It increases blood flow to the brain, which helps improve concentration, attention, and overall mental sharpness throughout the day. This can enhance productivity and decision-making skills at work or in daily tasks.
Morning Jiu-Jitsu training triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural mood elevators, often called “feel-good” hormones. It also helps reduce cortisol levels, the stress hormone, promoting better stress management and emotional stability.
Regulate your body’s circadian rhythm to feel more awake and alert during the day, and get more restful and consistent sleep during the night.
