This Mom of four first joined our community almost nine years ago, enrolling her oldest son in our Youth Program. Over the years, she brought her other three kids into the fold, becoming a familiar face of support and encouragement on the sidelines.

Then, in the summer of 2022, Claudia decided it was her turn to step onto the mats and embrace the journey herself.

From day one, Claudia fully committed—trusting her instructors, embracing the training, and proving to herself and everyone else what’s possible. Now, 2.5 years later, she’s gained not only skill and confidence but also the admiration of her peers.

There’s something extra special about moms like Claudia, who take the leap after their kids, step into a male-dominated art, and show up with courage, dedication, and grit. She’s not just growing as a martial artist—she’s setting an amazing example for her children and everyone around her.
