Shout out to Muay Thai Program’s Coach Javier Bong and 15-year-old Cole Webb for testing themselves in El Cerrito this past Saturday during the IKF (International Kickboxing Federation) competition!

Cole’s match has to be interrupted due to a non-stop nose bleed after an aggressive strike exchange between him and his opponent.

Coach Bong overwhelmed his opponent with his speed and relentless cardio, winning both rounds of his bout.
