We take great pride in introducing new individuals to Jiu-Jitsu training the right away.
In over 18 years of meeting local community members and introducing thousands of them to the training, we have developed an efficient system to learn what each individual is after, what they value, and what they prioritize before enrollment.
And sometimes, that may mean that what they seek is not what we believe in and provide.
While our job is also to educate prospective students and help them pinpoint exactly what they may need, an entitled, impolite, bad-mannered, "the customer-is-always-right" attitude will certainly not help them become students of our Academy, and as a personal opinion, likely won't help them develop the relationships to go as far in life as they could either.
Respect is the ultimate currency, and no amount of money in the world will make us overcome our beliefs, the respect we have for ourselves, our time, and the role our self-improvement institution has in society.
