Reel: Upcoming Annual Potluck in the Park

Love our instructors! My kids flourish here and we’ve loved watching them develop into strong and resilient kids. Thank you Crosley!

Such an amazing coaching staff! Our kids have been coming for years and the growth I’ve seen, not just with defensive skills, but with strong, confident characteristics needed for life have developed beyond my expectations. Crosley and Ryan are amazing with the kids and know how to respectfully command attention and it’s very visible in the amount of respect their students have for them and their coaching team. I’m so thankful for the time and effort they have put into these kids! Thank you!

My experience has been incredible. The atmosphere of the gym is genuine and the instructors really show up to make sure the students are learning and progressing in their specific area. Highly recommend CGJJ to anyone looking to get into martial arts or just train and stay fit!
