How Does It Work?

Our Women's Self-Defense training includes 12 action-packed lessons that cover every step of an assault and help you defend yourself. We'll teach you:

  • How to break free from an attacker
  • How to prevent being controlled and taken to the ground
  • How to escape from the bottom if you are taken down

For 12 straight weeks, you can join us each Saturday at 9 am and learn the most effective self-defense skills with the help of our professional staff. AND, this program is completely hands-on, meaning you'll get in a great workout, too!
