How Does It Work?
Our Women's Self-Defense training includes 12 action-packed lessons that cover every step of an assault and help you defend yourself. We'll teach you:
- How to break free from an attacker
- How to prevent being controlled and taken to the ground
- How to escape from the bottom if you are taken down
