Highest Women's Seminar Attendance since we began offering this class to the community in 2010, with participants varying from 14 to 69 years old.
From co-workers (nurses who leave their shifts late), moms and daughters, grandmothers, siblings, and friends, we are pleased with the turnout and dedication of the participants.
This shows women are becoming more and more aware of the fact that setting boundaries but also being able to enforce them physically, if necessary, is an essential skill to have.
The world isn't in harmony, and while we can't control other's potential tyrannical behavior, we can control how prepared we are should we ever need to maintain our mental, physical, and emotional integrity.
