We love meeting new prospective students and showing them the Gracie way to introduce Jiu-Jitsu into their lives.

As a third generation Self-Defense institution, Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is dedicated to preserving the original methods of teaching beginners, developed by Grandmasters Carlos and Hélio Gracie nearly 100 years ago, in 1925, when the first-ever Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy opened its doors in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Loski has since last week tried a class out and enrolled in the Co-Ed Beginners Program.
